How to enable Auto-Renew for the CyberGate Subscription

To ensure CyberGate's availability, we recommend enabling the Recurring Billing option when subscribing to CyberGate. If Recurring Billing (a.k.a. Auto-Renew) was not enabled during the initial subscription, the CyberGate service will stop at the subscription end date, halting all CyberGate functionality.

To enable Auto-Renew for an existing CyberGate subscription, follow the steps below:

For Microsoft 365 (when purchased via AppSource / Credit Card):

1. Go to your subscriptions: Visit the **[Microsoft 365 admin center](https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/)**.
2. Find the subscription: Locate the specific subscription you want to manage.
3. Manage settings: Click **Manage** (or navigate to **Billing > Your products** in the admin center).
4. Edit recurring billing: Select **Edit recurring billing**, then choose **On** and click **Save**.

For Azure Marketplace (when purchased using an Azure Subscription):

1. Sign in to the **[Azure portal](https://portal.azure.com/)**.
2. Search for and select **SaaS** under Services, or locate your specific SaaS resource.
3. Select the SaaS subscription you want to manage.
4. Edit recurring billing: Select **Edit auto-renew**, then choose **On** and click **Update**.
