When CyberGate is removed, the associated enterprise application may still retain admin consent in your Microsoft tenant. Follow the steps below to revoke this consent and remove the application entirely.

**Prerequisites**

- A Global Administrator account for your Microsoft tenant.

**Procedure**

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center with a Global Administrator account.
2. Navigate to **Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications**.
3. Locate the application named **Intercom** (App ID: ec32bf45-0406-4ba3-8066-08de2d0877b4).
4. Open the application and select **Delete**.

:::hint{type="warning"}

:::

**Result**

The CyberGate application and its associated permissions are no longer present in your tenant.
