or supplied password of the zenitel when signed in successfully, the first menu shown is the main information menu sip configuration navigate to the main main settings menu change the mode from 'edge' to 'sip' and click the yellow 'save' button when done check the modifications made and click the yellow 'apply' button when done this will reboot the zenitel after the zenitel is rebooted navigate to the menu sip configuration account / call provide / change the following information account settings name enter a name for the sip account (e g teams) number (sip id) use the username provided by the cybergate management portal server domain (sip) cybergate cybertwice com authentication user name use the username provided by the cybergate management portal authentication password use the password provided by the cybergate management portal outbound transport change the udp setting to tcp click the yellow 'save' button when done check the modifications made and click the yellow 'reboot' button when done this will restart the zenitel call destination after the zenitel is rebooted navigate to the menu sip configuration direct access keys provide the following information account settings button 1 (in the field next to 'call to') teams user name followed by the domain 'cybergate cybertwice com' \<name name>@cybergate cybertwice com for example, the user 'john doe, with the teams name john doe\@mycompany com mailto\ john doe\@mycompany com will translate to this destination address john doe\@cybergate cybertwice com mailto\ john doe\@cybergate cybertwice com click the yellow 'save' button when done video configuration navigate to the menu sip configuration video change the following information sip h264 call settings resolution change the resolution from 720p to 1080p configuration is now done testing the zenitel press the button on the zenitel to initiate a call to the configured teams user if configured correctly, the teams client will notify you of an incoming call answer it by clicking the camera symbol the call will be established and video will be displayed within ±3 seconds to open the door from the teams call, click on dial pad symbol use the code configured (the default code for zenitel is '6'), this will trigger the relay in the zenitel and open the door a more convenient way to open the door during a call is to use the cybergate for teams modify the configuration as follows sip configuration for tls navigate to the menu sip configuration account / call modify the following information at advanced sip settings account settings outbound transport change to tls sip scheme change to sips rtp encryption change to srtp encryption click the yellow 'save' button when done call destination modification for tls navigate to the menu sip configuration direct access keys modify the following information at advanced sip settings direct access keys button 1 add 5061 to the end of the call destination for example, the destination john when done certificates for tls enable the advance configuration, using the checkbox in the upper left corner, this will add new menu items in the web interface navigate to the menu advanced network sip certificates on the cybertwice support site download the root ca certificate root ca for cybergate docid\ gkr7gzic8yo8gxhlvtxd6 click on the yellow 'choose certificate' button to select the just downloaded root ca click the yellow 'upload' button to upload the certificate to the zenitel configuration of the secure communication is done all sip and audio traffic to/from cybergate will be
