named 'fanvil') to connect to the cybergate service (from now on named 'cybergate') the fanvil pa3 and the pa2 are also compatible with cybergate for this test we've attached the fanvil pa2 kit to the and power it on open a web browser and browse to the ip address of the fanvil sign in as admin with the configured or supplied password of the fanvil when you are successfully signed in, the first configure a direct station selection (dss) key so that pressing the button calls a microsoft teams user navigate to the function key menu provide / change the following information function key settings dss key 1 type change to memory key dss key 1 name descriptive name for the teams user to call dss key 1 value use the teams user address without the domain part for example, the user 'koos ridder', with the teams name koos ridder\@mycompany com mailto\ koos ridder\@mycompany com , will translate to this destination address koos ridder click the apply button when done fanvil web interface – function key settings fanvil web interface – function key configured call a teams user from the fanvil pager configuration of the fanvil is now finished pressing the call button connected to the fanvil pager will initiate a call to the destination that is configured in the function key menu the call will be established and video will be displayed within ±3 seconds incoming pager call in microsoft teams pager call with live video in microsoft teams prepare the cybergate admin portal for calls from teams before calls can be initiated from microsoft teams to the fanvil pager, some with admin privileges navigate to the device settings menu it displays the device that is used to configure the fanvil pager check the display name of the device if it shows a warning symbol, download and run the feature configuration powershell script (next steps) if no warning symbol is shown, skip the remaining steps in this section click the blue download button to download the script open powershell on your pc with administrator privileges run the script /featureconfiguration ps1 when the script asks to authenticate, use the same microsoft account as used to log in to the cybergate directly in the call field ( type a name ), or search for cybergate to show all of your cybergate devices select the pager to call and click the blue call button a call to the fanvil pager will be initiated, and the pager will answer automatically searching for the cybergate device in microsoft teams active call to the fanvil pager from microsoft teams use the cybergate app for microsoft teams (recommended) a more convenient way of initiating a call is using the cybergate for microsoft teams app use the cybergate app for microsoft teams to open the door of the intercom by simply clicking an
